Please reach us at brittnic1013@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
My furry friends a part of my family and understand fully that including them in your families photos is important to you. We do allow dogs on the farm for photo purposes only but its very important they stay on a leash and we are notified that they are coming. Once they are done with the photos I ask that they be put back in to the car to lessen any stress that they cause to our animals. We have had this rule broken in the past and lost chickens due to animals not being on a leash. This is our animals home and it causes stress to them when unfamiliar animals visit. Please reach out for any other type of animals like horses or large livestock.
I wish I had a clear answer to this question but its a little more complicated. Please send me an email and we can chat!
The short answer yes and no ! As we do host the public on the farm we do not have set open hours where you can come down to the farm . We have structured the farm going forward to be bookable online in time slots. If you want to visit the farm during the growing season( May-September) you have to book a time slot on our website for one of our bookable services. The farm itself does not have set hours but our roadside self serve farm stand is open daily during the growing season and is stocked full of beautiful flowers, local goods and has a beautiful views of the farm.
All Participants of our farm tours and activities must fill out a liability waiver. You can download and fill it out and bring it with you or one will be supplied to you when you arrive. All Children need to have a parent or guardian fill out a waiver as well.

As much as I understand that you want to take pictures of the Highlands we are not allowing any photography of them at this time. Please do not approach them or interact with them when visiting the farm for a photo shoot. I hate to be a stickler about this because I know how amazing they are but we are trying to earn their trust and allow they to settle in to their new home . We need you all to please respect our boundaries on this one because the animals safety and comfort comes first and do not want to have to close up our private photography calendar. It is the photographers responsibility to make sure they instruct their clients of this and be clear that they are not available to interact with or take pictures of them. Please know it is my goal to allow the community to visit them and offer photography with them in the future but at this time is not in the animals best interest and will be strictly enforced.

As the colder months creep in the flowers fade but that doesn't mean the beauty of the farm is gone. We are a seasonal flower farm but a year round farm offering beauty after the petals fall. Each season offers something beautiful around every corner. From the beauty of the leaves changing to the open pastures of lush grass , each season has beauty. Please keep in mind before you book a shoot that we are not in control , just the stewards of the land that the lord has blessed us with. Mother nature and the lord work in harmony and continue to bless us with beauty through every season. Flowers are here for a short time to teach us to live in the moment and that beauty is not found in the length of time they are here but in its presence while they are here.

we have a new driveway to access the farm for your photo shoot ! Because you will be coming to the farm during closed to the public hours there will be a rope that needs to be taken down to allow you by and your clients down to the farm. if you ( the photographer) arrives first please drop the rope that goes a cross the driveway and move it out of the way so you and your clients can proceed down the driveway. Please put the rope back up when you leave the farm
